Drain Service Lead

The Drain Service Lead will manage a team of technicians, ensure customer satisfaction, and execute drain repair, cleaning, and maintenance projects with efficiency and professionalism. Drain Service Lead Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of drain service technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Perform and oversee drain cleaning, repair, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex drainage issues, including blockages, leaks, and pipe damage.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of service work, including reports, invoices, and customer feedback.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to local regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective actions.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are in good working condition.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies, placing orders as needed. 

Drain Service Lead Qualifications:

• Proven experience in drain services, plumbing, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of drainage systems, repair techniques, and diagnostic tools.
• Experience using hydro jetting, CCTV inspection equipment, and other drain service tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
