Drain Service Lead Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of drain service technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Perform and oversee drain cleaning, repair, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex drainage issues, including blockages, leaks, and pipe damage.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of service work, including reports, invoices, and customer feedback.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to local regulations and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective actions.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are in good working condition.
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies, placing orders as needed.
Drain Service Lead Qualifications:
- Proven experience in drain services, plumbing, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of drainage systems, repair techniques, and diagnostic tools.
- Experience using hydro jetting, CCTV inspection equipment, and other drain service tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
