- Process sales transactions accurately through POS (Point of Sale) systems, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments with professionalism
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to fulfill parts orders promptly, ensuring timely vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Maintain organized stock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and reorder parts as needed to prevent shortages
- Utilize automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting skills to identify suitable parts for various vehicle issues
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge, and personalized service
- Support marketing efforts by promoting automotive parts and accessories to increase retail sales
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency with inventory management software such as CMMS, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and POS systems
