What you will be doing
Main responsibilities :
- Answers department phones and schedules receiving appointments.
- Prints purchase order paperwork and assigns drivers to doors.
- Tracks and reports carrier on-time delivery performance.
- Maintains scheduling balance (day to day) for receiving department.
- Collects and files load detail paperwork
- Invoices outbound stores
- Organizes, box and prepares invoices for shipping to scan upload site.
- Sorts, files and maintains invoices, receipts, contracts, or other special department documents.
- Performs other related duties as assigned which may include duties specific to assigned department.
The position will be based in Brea, Ca.
The pay range is $23.08-25 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting wage will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
