The position will be based in Boise, Idaho, Fullerton CA, Pleasanton CA, Plano TX, Itasca IL, or New York City, NY and requires 2 days per week in office.
- Serve as the primary strategic owner for a portfolio of key accounts, delivering best-in-class client experience, campaign execution, and long-term partnership growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, leading day-to-day engagement, status calls, and proactive communication to ensure alignment against client KPIs and business objectives
- Identify and drive upsell and renewal opportunities across owned accounts through data-driven insights, performance storytelling, and deep understanding of client/category dynamics
- Own end-to-end execution excellence across campaigns, ensuring on-time launches, accurate delivery, and strong in-flight optimization in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Lead and deliver high-impact client presentations (QBRs, T2Ts, JBP support, and ad hoc readouts), tailoring narratives for senior audiences and connecting performance to business outcomes
- Manage and develop a team of 3–4 Account Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to elevate client service, strategic thinking, and executional rigor
- Set clear priorities and workload allocation across the team, ensuring coverage across accounts while maintaining high standards for client experience and operational excellence
- Partner closely with Client Partners and senior leadership to align on account strategy, growth plans, and risk mitigation across the book of business
- Support team members in identifying upsell opportunities, resolving client challenges, and navigating complex or escalated situations
- Ensure strong CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and account-level visibility to support revenue tracking and business planning
- Monitor account health and proactively identify churn risks, developing and executing action plans to protect and grow revenue across both owned and team-managed accounts
- Champion the Voice of the Customer internally, influencing product, process, and cross-functional improvements to strengthen the overall Retail Media offering
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with merchandising and cross-functional teams to deliver holistic, integrated client solutions
- Contribute to team-level process improvement, best practice development, and onboarding/training of new hires to scale excellence across the organization
- Continuously monitor industry trends and retail media landscape to inform client strategy and team development
- Travel and attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events as needed to support account growth and relationship building
- 6 plus years of Media/Retail/Account Management Experience
- Exceptional organization and process development skills
- Strong ability to story tell with data
- Demonstrates strong presentation skills with ability to prep and present based on audience including up to VP Level
- Strong ability to foster partnerships with merchandizing partners
- Management experience preferred but not required

Salary : $115,000 - $143,800
