What You Bring To The Table
- Cash Office & Bookkeeping Experience: Prior experience in cash handling, reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping.
- Payroll & HR Support: Familiarity with timekeeping systems, payroll processing, and basic HR functions including onboarding and leave tracking.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic math and computer systems including spreadsheets, timekeeping tools, and point-of-sale systems.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and store leadership.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and adherence to workplace standards and policies.
- Compliance Awareness: Familiarity of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Western Union, and lottery regulations.
