Main Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Train, schedule, and supervise deli employees
- Plan daily production and monitor inventory levels
- Order supplies and maintain adequate stock levels
- Prepare and display hot and cold deli foods
- Operate deli equipment (slicers, scales, cash register)
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Promote deli products and increase department sales
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Perform daily temperature checks and inventory controls
- Process customer transactions accurately (cash and card)
