Alberts Spray Solutions, LLC provides containment, coating, and environmental protection solutions for customers across a variety of industries. Our work takes us to unique job sites throughout the region and beyond. From oil and gas facilities to asphalt plants, chemical storage sites, and even amusement parks!
What You'll Do
As a Field Technician, you'll be part of a hands-on crew working at customer job sites. You'll learn and assist with:
- Installing containment systems
- Applying spray coatings and foam
- Operating spray guns, hoses, and equipment
- Using hand and power tools
- Working around heavy equipment and active job sites
- Traveling to different locations and working on a variety of projects
No two projects are exactly alike, so this is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and getting out of the shop and into the field.
What We're Looking For
You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who:
- Has general labor or construction experience; oil & gas experience is a plus
- Is comfortable using hand and power tools
- Is willing to learn spray equipment and techniques
- Can handle physical work
- Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Has good attendance and a strong work ethic
- Is willing to work extended hours and occasional weekends
- Is comfortable traveling and staying out of town when needed
Class A CDL is a plus!
Travel & Pay Perks
Travel is a regular part of this position. Some jobs are local, while others may take you out of town for several days or weeks.
- Per diem for out-of-town work
- Additional out-of-town bonus pay
- Premium pay for hours worked beyond 8 in a day
- Up to $1,200 toward CDL training
- Up to $500 reimbursement for PPE

Training & Certifications
