SALES ASSOCIATE JOB POSTING
Albert’s Jewelers is looking for a sales professional who actually loves sales – in fact, you’re passionate about it!
You have prior success selling high ticket, luxury products or services in a competitive market. You enjoy finding and closing new business – you love winning! You are effective selling consultatively and know how to sell value over price. You have exceptional listening and communication skills and can quickly develop relationships and trust with people.
Prior jewelry experience is a plus but we will train in jewelry product knowledge.
Responsibilities include:
- Consultatively determining customer wants and needs
- Presenting merchandise and professionally utilizing appropriate tools
- Building your clientele and nurturing your client list
- Following the Albert’s Sales Process
- Effectively overcoming objections
- Demonstrating product knowledge and continually learning
- Achieving sales and margin goals consistently
- Selling add-ons such as promotions, Albert’s jewelry warranty program, etc.
- Prompt follow up on customer requests and opportunities
- Working with other team members to effectively service and provide “The Albert’s Experience” – Red Carpet style!
- Meeting and greeting customers and providing hospitality
