Duties
- Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, glassware, and garnishes promptly and efficiently
- Clear tables and bussing dishes to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort
- Deliver food orders swiftly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, and food items following safe lifting practices
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas through regular cleaning, sanitizing, and organization of workspaces
- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed
- Provide in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including food running and serving roles
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests
- Experience with cleaning, bussing, and maintaining sanitation standards in busy settings
- Knowledge of banquet service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
