Habilitation Counselor/Direct Support Professional needed to provide both home and community based activities. We are looking for a motivated staff to support, and/or assist an adult client with some activities of daily living and community outings and involvement.

Activities may include:

  • Supporting client with personal care
  • Community Activities

Hours needed:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2:30-8:30pm

Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm

Sunday 2:30pm-7:30pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
