Reports to: Store Manager

Pay Scale: Commission. 100% of our sales team that worked all of 2023 made over $100k.

Job Summary:

Albert Lee Appliance is looking for qualified Sales Associates to assist customers in making an informed decision based on their needs with the best product knowledge in a large appliance retail setting. Successful applicants will have a deep understanding of the sales process including the ability to build a rapport with customers and be able to accurately input and track all sales orders through the delivery/pickup process.

** Prior sales experience required**

· Understanding and promoting company programs including financing, promotions, services and availability.

· Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

· Flexible schedule with some weekend and evening work required.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Prior experience in appliance sales preferred, not required.

· Proven track record in sales with the ability to provide specific and measurable details.

· Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

· Highly self-motivated.

Education:

· High School diploma or equivalent
