Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and inspect for damages or discrepancies
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately using warehouse management software
- Operate forklifts to load and unload freight safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with warehouse distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock replenishment
Requirements
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and order processing
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating weights or dimensions
- Knowledge of shipping logistics, packaging standards, and order picking & packing procedures
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external carriers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
