Personal Lines Account Manager
We’re looking for a motivated, client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing insurance agency. In this role, you’ll manage a book of business, build strong client relationships, and deliver high-level service across auto, home, umbrella, and other personal lines coverages.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support
- Manage and review personal lines policies to ensure proper coverage and identify gaps
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and on time
- Assist clients with claims and coordinate with carriers for smooth resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with industry standards
- Stay current on market trends and coverage options to better advise clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in personal lines insurance (account management or similar role)
- Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages and policy servicing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with agency management systems is a plus
