At Albert Einstein Academies (AEA), the TK–8 Teacher plays a vital role in fostering students' academic, social, and emotional growth within a safe, inclusive, and intellectually stimulating environment. Reporting to the Site Principal, the Teacher is responsible for developing and implementing high-quality, standards-aligned instruction that incorporates International Baccalaureate (IB) philosophies and supports the diverse needs of all learners. AEA Teachers work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and community stakeholders to design thematic units, assess student progress, and maintain a classroom culture rooted in equity, academic excellence, and global awareness. Teachers are expected to model professional responsibility, contribute to school-wide initiatives, and maintain active communication with students, parents, and staff. This is a 184-day exempt position aligned with the certificated salary scale. A valid California Teaching Credential is required.
