Albert Bichot USA LLC is a Richmond, VA based Wine Import Company, which is a subsidiary of French Burgundy Producer Maison Albert Bichot.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our order fulfillment process running smoothly — from processing customer orders to coordinating shipments and supporting our finance team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly with internal and external partners, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Process and coordinate overnight shipments to customers and Public Relations partners
- Track orders and invoices, maintaining organized and accurate filing systems
- Communicate change orders and request edits directly with customer purchasing departments
- Partner with warehouse partners to submit and manage picking requests
- Process credit memos in accordance with company policy
- Provide administrative support to the Finance department as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in order processing, logistics, operations, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with order management or ERP systems a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving order or shipping issues
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an office setting with minimal day-to-day supervision
