At Albers Auto Body, we’re more than just a collision repair shop—we are dedicated to restoring vehicles and earning customer trust. We’re currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Receptionist to join our front office team and keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
- Handle customer intake, appointment scheduling, and repair coordination
- Communicate with insurance companies to process claims
- Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and industry software CCC
- Provide friendly and professional customer service in person and over the phone
- Support general office duties including filing, data entry, and inventory tracking
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles (auto industry preferred)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business or accounting a plus
