We are growing and seeking a Business Law Attorney to join our team and play a key role in supporting our expanding client base.

Responsibilities

• Advise business clients on a wide range of legal matters, including entity formation, contracts, compliance, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Provide proactive legal strategies that minimize risks and foster business growth.
• Represent clients in business disputes and collaborate with litigation teams when needed.
• Stay current with changes in business and corporate law and provide clients with timely guidance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent service.
• Contribute to business development by leveraging existing client relationships or demonstrating the ability to generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Maryland Bar.  Other jurisdictions are a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in business, corporate, or transactional law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally, candidates bring a book of business or a demonstrated track record of originating client matters.
