HVAC Install Manager Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily installation activities and technician teams.
- Monitor workflow to ensure installations meet quality standards.
- Manage tools, inventory, and job-site logistics effectively.
- Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Dispatch, and Customer Service to optimize operations.
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to installation technicians.
- Conduct performance reviews and assist HR with staffing needs.
- Keep track of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take any necessary corrective actions when needed.
- Manage and resolve customer escalations and issues.
HVAC Install Manager Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
- 2 years of experience supervising or leading field technicians.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and safety protocols.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with mobile scheduling systems, ServiceTitan is a plus.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate field personnel.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Complete a satisfactory criminal background check.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 per year (dependent on experience).
