What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspector position at Albea Group?
Responsible for maintaining all levels of ISO Documentation, Maintenance, Distribution and Record Keeping, including acting as Document Control Representative for ISO Surveillance Audits, customer CGMP audits and CI audits.
Responsibilities:
1. Must be very proficient in use of Microsoft Word- including creating and editing of letters, documents, tables, templates and forms.
2. Must be very proficient in Microsoft Excel including creating and editing of spreadsheets, formulas, and data sort
3. Must be able to create and edit Microsoft Access Databases, enter data and generate reports and queries.
4. Must be proficient in Adobe software, working with pdf files.
5. Working knowledge of PowerPoint a plus.
6. Job duties include pulling Work Orders and schedules daily from AS400 system , preparing job jackets for Quality Inspectors, and use of ANSI standards for sampling plans.
7. Interface with Sales, Customer Service Reps, Production Departments, other plant departments and customers on a regular basis as required.
8. Administer all aspects of NOQI system including maintaining electronic and paper files and timely follow up and response to all complaints.
9. Use of AS400 system to generate routine reports such as RA report, Tech Manger’s Monthly Report, Rework Recap lists, IPC system, and Compliance letters to customers.
10. Procure and maintain Office and Lab Supplies and maintain fax and copy machine.
11. Maintain customer files.
12. Use of E mail as required.
13. Successful candidate must have excellent computer, clerical, and communication skills (including written and verbal) and the ability to work quickly and accurately with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
