Entry Level Field Sales Representative

• Connect with customers face-to-face, delivering customized presentations that solve their needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage your assigned territory and multiple accounts efficiently.
• Collaborate with a motivated sales team to hit ambitious targets.
• Track leads, interactions, and results to optimize performance.
• Demonstrate initiative and a growth mindset - high performers are promoted quickly into leadership roles.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ambitious, goal-oriented individuals eager to grow into management.
• Comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions and taking ownership of results.
• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required).
• 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
