Albatross is located in Edison, New Jersey, adjacent to our affiliate company, Supercharged Entertainment. - Work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays as required.
- Make service their top priority and handle emergency situations with care
- Ensure consistency in food/drink quality and presentation
- Ensure a clean and organized Kitchen and Bar
- Resolve issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure while multitasking
- Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time.
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and sanitation standards
