Overview

Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant settings is preferred, but we value enthusiasm and strong interpersonal skills equally. The Host will be responsible for managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating seating arrangements to ensure smooth operations. This position offers an engaging environment where guest relations and hospitality are at the forefront of daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate effectively with guests regarding their seating status
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand area
- Answer phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service flow
- Handle guest questions or concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
- Support other team members as needed to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations at all times
Experience
- Experience in hotel guest services or hospitality roles is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Professional phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential
- Experience working with diverse clientele and maintaining positive guest interactions
