Position Overview:
We are seeking an attorney to support our growing personal injury practice. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in personal injury litigation. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are strongly encouraged but not required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing cases, communicating with clients, and working collaboratively with our legal team.
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in the state of Arkansas (required)
- Experience in personal injury litigation (required)
- Spanish/English bilingual ability (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations and assist with case management through litigation
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular case updates
