.POSITION DESCRIPTION: Under general supervision, perform supervision support services for students during the lunch hour. DUTIES – E=Essential Duties Supervise students in the lunch shelter and play areas during noon time lunch break E, Ensure student’s safety E KNOWLEDGE OF: Correct usage of English language; school discipline rules and policies; experience supervising and working with school students. ABILITY TO: Interact with staff and students in a tactful and courteous manner; establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationship; understand and carry out oral and written instructions; supervise and discipline students; interact with a culturally diverse community PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Performs work which is primarily on a playground setting, requires vision (which may be corrected) to read small print; requires the mobility to stand, walk, stoop, reach, and bend.
