Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Infectious Disease Registered Nurse to join our team at Albany Medical Center.
- Provide direct patient care, including obtaining vital signs, administering medications, and performing focused physical assessments.
- Triage patients via phone or in-person, communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality patient outcomes and contribute to quality metrics.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing program
- NYS RN licensure
- CPR certification
- Certification in Ambulatory Nursing (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
