We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to provide administrative and project support during the summer term. This role offers hands-on experience in office operations, data management, and professional communications while supporting HR and special projects. The current project focus will be on transitioning existing intranet content into a “new to us” platform called Simplrr.

Key Responsibilities
Data Management
- Perform accurate data entry and update internal databases
- Scan, file, and organize electronic and physical documents
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, emails, and business correspondence
- Assist in maintaining professional and timely communication across teams
- Support HR initiatives and special projects
- Assist with research, data gathering, and project documentation
- Help identify opportunities to improve office workflows, procedures, and internal communication
- Assist in implementing process improvements as directed
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web-based platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, professional office environment
- Practical, real-world administrative and project experience
- Exposure to HR operations and organizational processes
- Professional development in communication, data management, and workflow improvement
