Position Purpose
The Kids Company & Wrap-Around Care Site Leader provides leadership and oversight of the Kids Company and Wrap-Around Care programs at the Albany Area Early Learning Center. This position is responsible for planning, developing, and administering all daily activities for Kids Company and Wrap-Around Care and works collaboratively with the Coordinator and Program Leaders on overall site planning and program logistics.
Essential Functions
- Provide a well-organized and smooth functioning Kids Company and Wrap-Around Care program at the Albany Area Early Learning Center.
- Plan and coordinate developmentally appropriate activities.
- Oversee and direct Kids Company and Wrap-Around Care program staff.
- Work collaboratively with Program Leaders on overall site planning and program logistics.
- Assist Kids Company Coordinator with overall program planning at sites.
- Maintain necessary records, including important student information and registration materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
