This position is responsible for leading complex training, communication, and change management-related activities under the Product Solutions team. The Senior Change Manager is responsible for guiding and executing organizational change initiatives with a strong focus on training and communications. This role supports key stakeholders across the business to ensure that all change activities are effectively managed, communicated, and supported, fostering smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems.
This position requires strong experience supporting IT‑related organizational changes, system rollouts, and technology-driven implementations.
Position Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge training strategies and programs with a diverse range of learning solutions, including e-learning, virtual, and instructor-led environments. Maintain and proactively manage a comprehensive library of content, including instructional materials, user guides, and support documentation to facilitate new feature roll-outs, system upgrades, and seamless onboarding of new hires.
- Facilitate high-impact training sessions, workshops, and webinars to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge, ensuring they are prepared to meet complex challenges and stay ahead of industry trends, particularly those driven by technology transformation.
- Translate business imperatives and requirements into effective and efficient learning cycles for divisional associates, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand the impact of initiatives and develop innovative communication strategies to mitigate resistance and encourage adoption—especially for IT-driven changes, new system implementations, and digital enhancements.
- Partner with operations and business teams to facilitate the implementation of redesigned processes and workflows, driving increased adoption and return on investment for both business and technology initiatives.
- Tailor innovative strategies to different audiences within the organization, translating complex ideas (including technical and system-related concepts) into clear and impactful messages that resonate with stakeholders.
- Work closely with product owners/managers, technology teams, and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of communication efforts across the organization, fostering a cohesive and consistent rollout of IT and business changes.
- Design comprehensive communication plans to engage stakeholders, ensure transparency, and promote understanding throughout the change lifecycle of system enhancements, platform implementations, and other technology-oriented projects.
- Develop and implement sophisticated change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance across the organization, leveraging innovative approaches for large-scale system transformations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts and readiness across various departments, ensuring a holistic approach to change management for technology and process-related shifts.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of change and training initiatives through robust metrics and feedback collection, continuously improving processes based on insights.
- Lead the production and distribution of high-quality communication materials, including presentations, email updates, and newsletters, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics related to organizational change, addressing complex challenges proactively—including those that arise during large, multi-phase IT implementations.
- Conduct post-implementation assessments and provide actionable feedback to continuously enhance the change management process, fostering a culture of innovation and improvement.
- Advise senior leaders on best practices and strategies to ensure successful implementation and adoption of initiatives, with a particular emphasis on enterprise technology rollouts and transformational digital programs.
