Senior Project Manager – PMO (Enterprise Programs)

Role Summary

Leads multiple concurrent enterprise projects spanning IT, infrastructure, digital commerce, and compliance initiatives. Responsible for end-to-end delivery, governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution against PMO standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead full lifecycle delivery (Discovery through Deployment)
• Manage multiple complex, cross-functional programs simultaneously
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones

Governance & Reporting

• Produce weekly executive-ready status reports
• Lead Steering Committee meetings
• Maintain RAID logs, project documentation, and audit readiness

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate across IT, business stakeholders, and legal/compliance teams
• Communicate risks, decisions, and progress clearly

Vendor & Financial Oversight

• Manage vendors and SOW execution
• Support contract review and Capex/ROI validation
• Track delivery against approved scope

Execution Leadership

• Oversee testing (unit, QA, UAT coordination)
• Manage deployment readiness and issue resolution

PMO Standards & Process

• Ensure alignment with PMO governance
• Maintain project artifacts and documentation

Experience Requirements

• 5–10 years project management experience
• Experience delivering IT and business transformation initiatives
• Strong vendor management experience
