- Execute day-to-day traffic operations, including preparing and sending delivery orders to carriers.
- Communicate with trucking companies to confirm pickups and deliveries and resolve basic shipment issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and upload proof of delivery and related receipts.
- Prepare billing packages and assist with invoicing tasks.
- Coordinate payment requests for carriers and service providers.
- Provide responsive customer service and ensure timely updates on shipment status.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or logistics support within a professional environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and customer-focused.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new systems.
