🩺 About the Role
As our Operations Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our DME, Orthotics, and Prosthetics operations — from intake and delivery to billing and client relations. You’ll serve as the bridge between leadership, vendors, referral sources, and patients — driving productivity, compliance, and service excellence across all departments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily DMEPOS operations: intake, fulfillment, delivery, and billing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, vendors, and payers
- Ensure patient satisfaction, compliance, and quality outcomes
- Oversee inventory, expenses, and financial performance
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to meet KPIs and business goals
🧩 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5 years of experience in DME, Orthotics, or Prosthetics operations management
- Strong knowledge of HCPCS, documentation, prior authorizations, and reimbursement
- Familiar with CMS, HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare compliance standards
- Proven leadership, analytical, and vendor management skills
