Instructional Aide w/ Possible Coaching

Position Overview Alba-Golden ISD is seeking a caring, dependable, and student-focused Paraprofessional/Instructional Aide to support learning. This position works closely with the classroom teachers to provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that promotes student growth and development. Position could include coaching duties. Primary Responsibilities Assist teachers with daily classroom instruction and activities Support students with learning tasks, routines, and transitions Help prepare instructional materials and maintain classroom organization Monitor and supervise students in the classroom, cafeteria, playground Assist with other campus activities/duties as needed Foster positive relationships with students and contribute to a supportive learning environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate preferred Experience working with young children preferred Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with students Successful results of criminal and employment background check.
