This position oversees daily production activities on the manufacturing floor, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. The supervisor coordinates and assigns work to production teams, monitors equipment and processes, and responds to operational issues to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include tracking production metrics, enforcing standard operating procedures, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. The role also involves training and coaching team members, collaborating with maintenance, quality, and logistics, and communicating progress and challenges to management.

- Knowledge of quality control, safety regulations, and compliance standards within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to analyze production data, identify issues, and implement continuous improvement and problem-solving measures.
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems and tools (e.g., ERP, MES, basic MS Office for reporting and tracking).
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with maintenance, quality, logistics, and management.
- High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Washington, NJ and to support shift work or extended hours as operationally needed.
