Our home care agency is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Nurse Supervisor to ensure all clinical documentation and client paperwork remain accurate, compliant, and up to date. This role includes overseeing client files, conducting chart audits, updating care plans, reviewing HHA visit notes, and supporting compliance across the agency. The Nurse Supervisor will also assist with client onboarding and provide clinical oversight as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular chart audits to maintain regulatory compliance
- Update and maintain care plans and client documentation
- Review and approve caregiver visit notes
- Participate in client onboarding and assessments
- Provide clinical oversight to HHAs and support best practices in care delivery
- Ensure all documentation is completed promptly and accurately
- Conduct field visits, office-based reviews, and remote documentation tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Active RN license (NJ)
- Experience in home care and regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented, prompt, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work across office, field, and remote settings
Schedule:
Part-time; flexible hours during regular office hours based on nurse availability.
