ALAY Home Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is Caring, Compassionate, and Dependable. The RBT will work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior support strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Pay Rate: $35/hr ResponsibilitiesImplement behavior intervention strategies designed by the supervising BCBA.Support reduction of interfering behaviors such as self-injury, aggression, and repetitive behaviors.Provide compassionate, clear communication with families to help them understand treatment goals and recommendations.Monitor client progress and report observations to the supervising BCBA for plan updates.Participate in ongoing training and supervision sessions required by the BCBA.Assist in data collection, accurate documentation, and carrying out behavior modification plans.Requirements / QualificationsPossess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, special education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred.1 year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilitiesValid CPR/First Aid certificationAbility to work under BCBA supervision and follow established intervention plansBackground in working with children, especially those with autism or other developmental disabilities.Familiarity with medical terminology and experience with medical or clinical documentation is an advantage.Solid foundation in behavior management strategies and special education methodologies.Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth in behavioral health and developmental support.Training & Pre-ScreeningCriminal Background Check (Fingerprinting)Drug ScreeningCollege of Direct Support – Online Courses for DDD CertificationsPreferredVehicle for community transport2 years behavioral experienceBenefitsHIGHLY Competitive PayMedical Benefits through Horizon BCBS (70% Employee Premium covered by ALAY)Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Time Off / Sick TimeBecome part of a team dedicated to empowering children and families.
