Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Developmental Disabilities
Starting Pay: $21.40

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Community integration and companionship

• Behavioral support and mentorship

• Medication administration

• Transportation to community activities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• CPR/First Aid certification

• Valid driver’s license

Training Provided:

• College of Direct Support (Online DDD certification courses)

Preferred Experience:

• Reliable transportation

• 1 year experience in behavioral health, caregiving, or direct support
