As Dock Representative Manager, you will manage a team of dock representatives and daily dock operations, inventory management, transportation coordination, tour count reconciliation, facilitating tour departures and oversight of the dock office. Administrative duties include hiring staff, training & scheduling, processing financial documents, data entry and other duties as assigned. Professional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to remain calm under pressure, computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel are required. Be prepared to work outdoors in inclement weather.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing tour inventory and guest service issues with cruise line Shore Excursion Managers
- Ensuring timely completion of financial processes, invoicing and tour reconciliation paperwork
- Promoting growth of tour sales with cruise line personnel
- Greeting guests and managing tour dispatch
- Creating a positive, professional culture and work environment
- Understanding and compliance with company safety & operational policies
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
