This is a full-time, on-site role based in Juneau, AK, for a Housekeeper. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and sanitizing rooms, making beds, managing laundry, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the overall comfort and satisfaction of guests. The role may also involve assisting with training new housekeeping staff and collaborating with team members to maintain high standards of service.

• Proficiency in laundry and cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic and organized environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
• Excellent organizational skills to manage cleanliness in multiple spaces efficiently
• Experience in training others and maintaining teamwork in a hospitality setting
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in housekeeping and hospitality is preferred but not required
