Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (Full-Time Overtime May–November)
Job Description: Alaska Quality Septic is looking for a dependable and hardworking Vac Truck Operator to join our team! This position will start as part-time to full-time and transition to full-time with overtime from May through November.
We are looking for someone willing to be on call for part of the week, with commission-based pay for emergency callouts.
We are seeking a Class A or B CDL driver with a tanker endorsement. Experience in septic pumping is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate vacuum trucks to pump and transport septic waste Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients Work independently and be available for on-call emergencies (higher pay for call-outs)
Follow all safety and environmental regulations Requirements: Valid Class A or B CDL with a tanker endorsement
Willingness to be on call for emergency services Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions -Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
