In this role, you’ll guide participants through every step of their job search, from recruitment to placement, while building strong relationships with employers who are eager to hire. You’ll also play a key role in promoting training opportunities that give people a chance to build lasting careers.

In this role, you’ll guide participants through every step of their job search, from recruitment to placement, while building strong relationships with employers who are eager to hire. What You’ll Do
- Welcome and support participants as they begin their employment journey.
- Partner with employers to learn about their hiring needs and connect them with job-ready candidates.
- Promote apprenticeship and training programs that create long-term career pathways.
- Coach participants on resumes, interviews, and job readiness so they feel confident and prepared.
- Track progress, celebrate successes, and report on participant outcomes.
- Work closely with our team to ensure participants receive the wraparound support they need to thrive.
- Someone who is excited to make a difference in people’s lives.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both participants and employers.
- Organized, flexible, and able to balance multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using data to track and tell the story of impact.
- Experience in workforce development, recruiting, HR, or community engagement— passion and commitment to our mission matter most.
