CSR - Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a smart, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team! The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, along with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Answer a multi-line telephone system with professional phone etiquette and take detailed messages in a fast-paced office environment (especially during the summer months)
• Provide exceptional customer service for Alaska and Washington accounts
• Process customer phone orders, prepare documentation, and coordinate product deliveries
• Perform accurate and timely data entry
• Handle daily copying, scanning, and filing tasks
• Serve as a liaison between customers and warehouse personnel
• Respond promptly to customer, vendor, and internal emails
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for the production team
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of service
• Ensure all details are accurate to uphold the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation required; valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• High attention to detail
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
