Summary
Under close supervision, provides clerical support including but not limited to answering phones, customer service, filing, and processing of paperwork for various departments on an on-call, as needed basis. This position is intended for those of Alaska Native and American Indian descent.
Responsibilities
Job duties will vary dependent on assignment.
A ssists in entry-level business office administration and support.
G reets and assists customers; answers phones and directs calls.
P erforms basic filing and file retrieval to include logs, distributes and archives reports.
M akes copies and scans and files electronic documents.
Performs other duties as assigned.

A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum Experience Qualification
Non-supervisory - No experience required.
