We are hiring: Sales Associate – Compact Construction Equipment (CE)
• Provide an EXCEPTIONAL customer experience.
• The Sales Associate position can interact with hundreds of customers to assist them in purchasing compact construction equipment. The goal is to create an exceptional buying experience to build customer loyalty.
• Promptly meet and assist the retail guest in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Answer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller's inquiry.
· Identify potential CE customers, set meetings, demos and other sales opportunities.
• Provide customers with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales.
• Fill out Sales Agreements and all applicable forms.
• Complete any other additional assigned duties.
Sales Experience in Compact Equipment, Power Sports and Tractors a plus.
Personal Compact Equipment and/or Tractors experience required.
**Prefer knowledge and experience with ATV, SXS, Snowmobile, Motorcycle, Watercraft and other products sold by AMDS and AME.
