What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Specialist position at Alaska Mining & Diving Supply?
- Monitor inventory, reconcile invoices, and initiate payments.
- Communicate with employees and customers regarding credit and statements.
- Experience with DMV titles and cash reconciliation a plus.
- 5 years accounting experience required. Must be proficient with computerized accounting and MS Office.
- Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:30am–6pm.
- Stellar attendance, independence, and attention to detail required.
