Position Summary: This intermediate position works closely with AHFC Master Servicers, AHFC Subservicer, AHFC Direct Servicing Loans, AHFC’s internal departments, insurance companies, title companies, and attorneys to ensure AHFC and other investor requirements have been met. Under the direct supervision of the Servicing Officer, this non-exempt, non-supervisory position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team and with a high degree of independence.
