Title: Panel Management Specialist
Summary: The Patient Access & Panel Management Specialist supports provider scheduling, patient access, and panel management while leveraging EHR data to improve efficiency and patient throughput. This role partners with leadership to align provider capacity with demand and drive data-informed improvements across cardiology services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Support panel management to balance provider capacity and enhance continuity of care

Manage provider schedules, templates, and coverage to ensure optimal access

Analyze scheduling and referral data to improve appointment availability and conversion rates

Develop reports and dashboards to track scheduling, productivity, and access metrics

Collaborate with Patient Access, clinical teams, and leadership to improve workflows

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance
PAY RANGE: Dependent upon experience and education

Qualifications:
Education: Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience in healthcare operations, patient access, scheduling, or data analytics
Experience: Minimum: 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient access, scheduling, or analytics
Preferred: Experience with provider scheduling and template management; experience with data reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, EHR reporting, etc.)
