Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, positive, and hands-on Customer Service/Sales Representative. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role combining customer service, inside sales, retail support, and light marketing work. You’ll be the front line of our brand - helping customers across multiple channels and ensuring every interaction is helpful, positive, and efficient.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a small, family-run business environment where everyone pitches in.

You’ll work closely with a small team, have real ownership over your work, and see the direct impact of your efforts. No big-company red tape - just meaningful work, collaboration, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Respond to Shopify chat, email, and social media messages
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with orders
• Respond to customer reviews within 1 business day

Sales & Customer Experience

• Assist walk-in customers and act as a “seafood concierge”
• Provide product recommendations and support inside sales
• Create a welcoming, confident in-store experience

Shopify & Order Management

• Enter orders into Shopify
• Create and update products in Shopify
• Update website content and blogs

Store Operations & Inventory

• Ensure store is fully stocked at the beginning and end of each day
• Count product and packaging inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized retail space
• Retrieve and sort daily mail

Marketing & Content

• Update price lists, flyers, and marketing materials with quick turnaround
• Create blog content and assist with basic marketing updates
• Use Canva or similar tools for simple design projects

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking across multiple platforms
• Positive, solutions-focused mindset\
• Basic Shopify or Canva experience a plus
• Interest in food, cooking, or seafood is a bonus
