The best candidate for this position is someone who has firearms safety training, has experience with a variety of firearms and has firearms product knowledge. Prior experience with 4473 forms preferred.
We are looking to hire a Pawn Broker with:
- Excellent customer service
- Experience as Sales Associate
- Firearms safety training
- Active, must be able to stand all day and be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be friendly, clean and organized
Pay $18.00 through probationary period -Pay bump to $20 after probationary period. Employees earn sales bonuses which average out to ~$2/hr pay increase.
Responsibilities.
- Assist customers with loan inquiries and sales transactions, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Manage cash handling and operate the cash register accurately.
- Price merchandise and maintain an organized sales floor.
- Utilize retail math to process transactions and provide product information.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to enhance the shopping experience.
- Demonstrate products and assist in merchandising efforts to boost sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
