Job Summary
Greets guests on the docks. Safely transports guests to and from Adventure Camp and/or between drop off points utilizing the route established by the company. Provides a narrated tour using accurate, quality information while transporting the guests. May accompany the guests as an escort throughout the tour to serve as the primary contact for the guests throughout the excursion or may return to the dock for the next group. Plays a key role in ensuring the guests are completely satisfied with their excursion experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensures guests experience the “E.X.C.U.R.S.I.O.N. of a lifetime” by being attentive to the needs and/or wants of the guests, answering all questions guests may have throughout the excursion, and notifying management of unhappy guests and/or obtaining guests information for management to contact them.
- Employees expected to adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures to ensure consistency, safety, and quality in our operations. Your cooperation in following these guidelines is essential for maintaining our high standards and achieving our organizational goals.
- Communicates accurate information to the appropriate staff when required and as needed (radioing in the guest count to dog camp, radioing to the office when appropriate, communicating with the dock representatives, etc.)
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- While your primary duties will be outlined above, you may also be required to perform other tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the company’s goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver License) with Passenger endorsement
- Valid Medical Certificate
- Valid CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Must be 21 years of age
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be willing to work with dogs on a daily basis
- Must not be allergic to dogs
Skills
- Guest Service: Must possess excellent communication skills and provide superior guest service

Legally eligible to work in the US.
CDL or ability to attain one.
