Contributions Representative
Join our team as a Contributions Representative, where you'll play an important role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employer contributions for employee benefit plans. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service in a professional office environment.
As a Contributions Representative, you'll audit and process employer contribution reports, reconcile payments, verify contribution rates, and maintain accurate employer and participant records. You'll work closely with employers, union representatives, and participants to answer questions regarding contributions, eligibility, reciprocity, and other benefit-related matters.
Additional responsibilities include supporting month-end accounting processes, processing reciprocity contributions, maintaining electronic and paper records, assisting employers with reporting systems, and ensuring all work is completed in compliance with HIPAA privacy and confidentiality standards.
